SciPlay wants all of its players to enjoy our games in a healthy manner. If your game play is impacting your life in negative ways, you just need a break, or you want to suspend your game play for any other reason, you may block access to our games through our Self-Exclusion process. Self-Exclusion will result in SciPlay using reasonable efforts to block access to your accounts, as well as the creation of new accounts for our games on your game playing device. We cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness of self-exclusion, but we will use reasonable efforts to follow your self-exclusion requests.
If you choose to self-exclude, we will suspend your accounts on all our slot style games for which we can connect you as a user. Those games currently include Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino, Hot Shot Casion, Quick Hit Slots, MONOPOLY Slots and 88 Fortunes Slots. However, due to the number of account types supported we can only connect accounts under certain circumstances, and it is likely that we will not know that your account on two different games is played by the same person. The safest way to block access to more than one SciPlay game is to initiate the self-exclusion process for each game, providing your player ID for each game.
If you initiate the self-exclusion process with a player ID from a slot based game, you will not be excluded automatically from our social games that are not slot based, such as Solitaire Pets Adventure or Bingo Showdown. To self-exclude from games that are not slot based, you must initiate the self-exclusion process for each of those games and provide your player ID from those games in the beginning of the process.
You may elect to apply a 180-day, 270-day or 365-day suspension during the self-exclusion process. Self-exclusion is non-reversable for the time period you select. In other words, if you choose to self-exclude for 180 days, we will not reactivate your account if you change your mind after 30 days. You may not create a new account, and we will use reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of a new account by you, for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
You may only self-exclude from your own accounts. After you begin the self-exclusion process, you will receive an email within a reasonable period of time asking for information necessary to confirm that you are authorized to control the account you seek to suspend. Once the confirmation process is complete, SciPlay will suspend your account within a reasonable period of time.
SciPlay cannot suspend your account prior to receiving all of the information requested to confirm you have authority to suspend the account. If you choose to continue to play during that time period, or another person plays on that account, the account owner will continue to be responsible for the use of that account, including all purchases made. SciPlay will not issue refunds for activity that occurs prior to account suspension.
Once we process a request to self-exclude, we will send an email to you so that we can confirm you have the right to suspend your account. You must respond to that email within 72 hours. If you do not respond within 72 hours, your accounts will not be suspended and you must start the exclusion request process from the beginning if you still desire to suspend them.
At the expiration of the self-exclusion period, if you wish to resume play, you must contact Customer Support and request that your account be reactivated. Once reactivated, the account will be reinstated in the same condition it was upon suspension, including the coin balances and game levels. Expiration of items, benefits or status held by the account will occur as if the account had been active during the exclusion period. SciPlay will not contact you or inform you of the reactivation date or solicit you to return to the suspended account.
While SciPlay supports your decision to exclude and will use reasonable efforts to prevent you from playing the games for which you self-exclude, it is not possible to prevent every effort to continue gameplay. We recommend that you delete the self-excluded apps from all of your devices. SciPlay is not responsible for any actions or game play resulting from efforts to circumvent the self-exclusion process.
SciPlay will use reasonable efforts to ensure that you do not receive marketing material related to the games subject to self-exclusion during the exclusion period. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not receive marketing material in error. If you receive marketing material in error, please click on the “unsubscribe” link in the email, or submit a request to our Privacy Rights Request Form.
Our Privacy Policy will apply to all data collected and retained during the self-exclusion process. The Self-Exclusion Policy is governed by our Terms of Service.
